Are there any foods that help relieve depression symptoms?

Eating fresh fruits and veggies are good for depression.
Exercise is good, even if it just a walk.
Get sun and stop caffein intake for it has a negative effect on depression.
Work on journaling your thoughts, this helps slow down your anxiety which causes doom and gloom thinking or depression.
Find themes in your writing so that you can stop the cycle of negative self talk that becomes circular.
