I suffer from both Depression and Anxiety, how to deal with panic attacks and distressing flashbacks?

if possible, i would like to try and find ways to deal with it without medication, although i know thats not easy.
forgot to mention – i go to the hospital twice a week and have seen counsellors, therapists, doctors ..
wondered what other peoples ways of avoiding/dealing with them were.

i feel your pain, i have anxiety,

which just got worse and led to Severe Panic Attacks that comes to me everyday!

eventually only way to stop this is to FIGHT that thought that scares or stresses you out,

it make’s your condition very worse,

don’t forget to pray,

trust me, HE always listen’s when you need HIM,
everytime i ask comfort from him, he gives it to me :)

and like what the people who care’s about me always say, “trust your body, you are stronger that whatever your feeling”

AND THEY ARE RIGHT! trust yourself,

anxiety comes with also a fear of going insane, so be strong. :)
